Congratulations! If you have conquered all 5 Death Ride® passes and have acquired all 5 Death Ride® stickers on your bib you are eligible to purchase a 5-Pass Finisher Jersey!

2012 5-PASS FINISHER JERSEY:
If you finish all 5 passes and have all 5 stickers on your bib you are eligible to purchase a 5-Pass Finisher Jersey! The 5-Pass Finisher Jersey Order Form & Sizing Chart will be available at the end of the event or download the form here until 08/14/12. Please use one form per jersey order.

We strongly suggest turning in your 5-Pass Finisher Jersey Order Form and proof of ride completion with payment at the Death Ride® event. After 07/16/12 we will ONLY accept orders through United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx or UPS. No email or faxed orders will be processed. All orders must be postmarked by 08/14/12 - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please allow 8 weeks after 08/17/12 for your 5-Pass Finisher Jersey to arrive. Your credit card charge or deposited check is your receipt that we have received and processed your order. You will not receive any additional confirmation of order.

TO ORDER A 2004-2011 5-PASS FINISHER JERSEY:
A copy of riders bib with 5 pass stickers is required to order. 2004-2011 5-Pass Finisher Jersey orders must be placed by phone. Please call 530.694.2475. Limited sizes and quantities are available.

Clothing Sizes:
We switched jersey vendors this year (2012) so make sure you check out the NEW Primal Sizing Chart for the correct fit. For previous year's jerseys check the Voler Sizing Chart .pdf. If you have any questions about the clothing please call us.
